EDIT: The Dhambi Leader Kifo has ordered retreat. The Hukumu and Nguvu Coalitions are victorious. Please wrap up your RPs in the next few days.

Introduction

Thoughts raced through the Leader's mind as she made her way out of the sanctuary her den provided not only for her, but for her three precious bundles of fluff too. Kifo had prolonged the attack on the other two smaller Coalitions enough already, and with her unexpected pregnancy, even longer than even she had wanted. Yet now it was time to lay siege on those who had wronged her Coalition, the ones who had so blindly handed over victory to the Tribes many moons ago and thus giving up land that could have been plentiful with prey.

Leaping onto a ledge and walking along the cold, smooth, but jagged white rock of her home, the dusty-pelted Leader gracefully made her way to the most safest, highest point of the Standpoint and sat down. She could see some members of her Coalition - the Zamani Dhambi's - either staring back up at her, or about to leave. Deciding to make her presence known, Kifo let out a loud chirp. Heads spun up instantly to look at her as the members of the Coalition started to make their way closer to the rock and sat down in their desired places.

Even from here Kifo could map the confusion in their expressions, and for some, even anticipation at what she had to announce so directly to them as a whole. Making sure she had each and everyone's attention, making a silent headcount twice through her head, the cheetess cleared her throat before speaking. "It has come to my concern that the truth I've been telling you all about our humiliating defeat against the Tribes has become even worse" she began in that raspy, orderly voice of her's.

Satisfaction made the she-cat smirk as mumblings could be heard among her fellow members. Cheetahs that she vowed to protect and care for even if they found her flawed; crazy even after witnessing that stunt she pulled off in the Final Battle. Kifo continued to speak after silencing them with one raised twitch of her tail and a hard look from her unusual amethyst eyes. "As you all know, the Nguvu Coalition has been in league with the Tribes in secrecy. However, I have just discovered that both Nguvu and Wakali of the Hukumu Coalition are the one's who are responsible for the disappearance and possible death of our greatest Leader Hodari! Not the Tribes as we originally thought."

Yowls of outrage filled the clearing as Kifo felt the lie really get into them. Of course many of them had never witnessed her silver-tongue's full potential until now, and without further ado the Leader couldn't help chuckle to herself. The plan was working just as she had wanted it to. Deciding to add more texture to the lie, Kifo spoke again. "Also, I have overheard the two one night talking about how they are the ones to have taken our missing Coalition brothers and sisters from us too, along with have taken advantage of his kindness alongside the Tribes too!"

Again, outrage and curses filled the area. Many cheetahs were taking this really well as expected; not so much as a thought was given but mere hate and shock towards the two rival Coalitions. It was a scene that made the Leader feel pride for, for she knew that the members of the Coalition would be wanting revenge. Suddenly one cheetah called up to her. "But Nguvu and Wakali would never do that! Would they?" This made the she-cat sneer at the cheetah, causing it to flinch a little.

"Only an idiot such as yourself would think that! Clearly you've not seen the signs whenever both that dark brown blob, the dim-witted fool and Hodari were together. The jealousy was always there including utter hate. Next time use that small brain of yours!" Kifo hissed, not caring at how her words sounded so aggressive and incredibly unkind. The cheetah looked shamefully down at it's paws, ending the conversation quickly as it had began. Kifo than stood up, knowing that all of her Coalition were now in the mood for sweet, sweet revenge thanks to her most convincing lie yet.

Not that was the first of the convincing lies she'd been telling them; this one was the one that would top it all off though. And it had worked. That, and with the added suspense of the disappearance of more cheetahs other than Hodari.

Standing up, Kifo began to raise her voice a little, her mood switching from annoyance to pure anticipation as well as commanding. "Are we going to let Nguvu, Wakali and their Coalition get away with this heinous act against our beloved past Leader and fellow members?" she yowled out, to which the Dhambi's replied back with a united uproar. For some reason, the dusty-colored Leader let out a manic grin and laughed loudly in triumph. "Than we shall give it to them all! Show them they double-crossed us all by betraying Hodari, our trust and evidently taking him from us along with our brethren!"

With that being stated, the she-cat leaped down from the twisted ledges until she landed gracefully on the hard, prickly and dusty ground below. With her Coalition now surrounding her, Kifo began to order the cheetahs around to prepare themselves for tonight. For a battle that was all created on a single, devastating lie...

Conditions

The last traces of the red blazing sky gives way to the eternal void of endless, dark, inky sky sparkled with stars. The heat has rapidly cooled down from the day, yet there still remains that choking aroma of the stuffy temperatures from earlier. The shadows the night brings, especially on a New Moon, is the perfect condition for something or someone to ambush an unsuspecting creature of the night. The wind is still, as if holding its breathe for the inevitable to come tonight. The ground is dry from the intense summer heat, the grass short and dead in some places.

"Script" to Follow"

- After drawing a small number of the two Coalitions in a fake meeting, including their Leaders, the Zamani Dhambi Coalition will attack the unsuspecting cheetahs upon a given order

- At the point of nearing total defeat, one member from the Nguvu Coalition is ordered to run to the Hukumu standpoint for reinforcements. Arriving at the scene instanly, both the rest of the Nguvu Coalition and the Hukumu Coalition begin to fight back the Dhambi's in a more fairer, if not stronger fighting force

- Kifo orders a retreat, knowing that her Coalition can't beat them back

:bulletpurple: Wakali stopped cold, eyes narrowed at Shetani as she rebuked him sharply. He felt his anger boiling again and had the urge to lash out at her for speaking to him in such a way, but some small part of him that had been pushed aside for the sake of battle held him back and he felt ashamed for the instinct to attack. That was something he'd only ever felt once after he'd administered the killing blow to his sister. Yet, he still felt sarcastic enough to say he was the most conceited cheetah she was likely to meet, but he held his tongue to let her finish. He certainly was glad that he did when the next few words left her mouth. He felt his anger ebb to nothing and relief flood through him. She hadn't believed Kifo after all. She was grateful he had saved her. Or does she feel indebted to me? He didn't wanted anyone indebted to him. They were a sorry excuse to found any friendship on. But he pushed the thoughts away at the look of candor shown through her shaded emerald eyes. She stopped advancing on him a short way away, as if sure he wouldn't believe her. If it was a question of belief, she had believed him even though he had treated her harshly, it would only be fair to show her the same courtesy. But that wasn't why he believed her. He'd wanted to believe she trusted him. Maybe it was time he learned to trust her. "...I believe you," he said, seeming to deflate before her eyes. "I-I'm sorry I didn't trust you enough."

:bulletorange: The weight of her brother left her, but she stayed still, frozen to the spot where she lay off the ground. Her eyes were locked on his retreating figure, shocked beyond measure. "He's alive. Visuka. Visuka, oh he's alive," she whispered, repeating the words as if he would cease to exist if she didn't continue to say he was alive. Now, for the first time since she left Peku, she didn't feel scared. She didn't feel safe exactly, she just wasn't afraid of things that weren't there because now she knew her brother was alive. He wasn't haunting her, like he had been in her dreams. Suddenly, she shot bolt upright as he faded from her view. "Visuka! Visuka wait!" But he didn't detour and was soon gone. Warm tears sped down her cheeks in her happiness. He hadn't died in the river, he was alive and well. He was safe and sound and for that knowledge she was quite content that shehad come with her leader to this meeting.
